By booking and receiving services at DropStress, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Health and Allergy Disclaimer
- At DropStress, we use a variety of Ayurvedic and organic oils for our treatments. While we prioritize the highest quality ingredients, we strongly advise all customers to inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment.
- If you are bringing your own oil (BYOO), you assume full responsibility for the ingredients and any potential reactions or outcomes.
- DropStress is not liable for any allergic reactions, sensitivities, or other adverse effects that may result from the use of our oils or customer-provided oils during treatments.
2. Customer Responsibility
- It is your responsibility to communicate any pre-existing health conditions (including but not limited to skin sensitivities, allergies, or any other medical conditions) before receiving any treatment at DropStress.
- We highly recommend performing a patch test for any new oils or products that may be used during your treatment.
3. Liability Waiver
- By agreeing to receive services at DropStress, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk.
- DropStress and its employees are not responsible for any personal injury, allergic reactions, or medical complications that may arise during or after the service.
- In the event of any medical emergency or adverse reaction during or after the service, DropStress and its staff are not liable for any costs, damages, or legal actions resulting from the treatment.
4. BYOO (Bring Your Own Oil) Policy
- Customers who choose to bring their own oils (BYOO) must ensure the product is suitable for their own use. DropStress is not responsible for any issues related to the use of customer-provided oils, including but not limited to allergic reactions, sensitivities, or product quality.
- By bringing your own oil, you agree that DropStress is exempt from liability for any outcomes related to its use.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- We understand that life happens! Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Refunds are not provided for missed appointments or late cancellations. However, we are happy to reschedule your session within a reasonable timeframe.
6. Changes to Terms
- DropStress reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be updated on our website and communicated to clients as needed.
7. Consent
- By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. You also consent to receiving treatment under these terms.
